  • Expertise in CAM:

    • Design and development of tools, jigs and fixtures, Die & Mould Design and sheet metal components
    • Manufacturing Process Management
    • CNC Programming for multi axes machining for different machine controllers & production support
    • Tool path generation for air-frame structures (spars, longerons etc), hinge fittings, etc.,on variety of materials like Aluminum alloys, Titanium alloys and Alloy Steel (Example PH 13-8 MO, PH 15-5)
    • Tool path simulation using VERICUT
    • Design of special purpose tools and holding fixtures

  • Expertise in CAE:

    • The Structural design and analysis team has expertise in :
    • FEM analysis, including optimization of aircraft structures
    • Stress analysis through hand calculations
    • Hands on experience in performing linear static, non linear static and dynamics for many Indian aircraft programs
    • Work experience on many projects with OEMs like Cessna, Boeing, Airbus
    • Finite Element Modeling and analysis using ANSYS or NASTRAN
    • Expertise in 2D/3D FE modeling in ANSYS or Hypermesh for aero – engines
    • Expertise in interpreting and understanding FEA results, post processing and preparing comprehensive analysis reports
