Expertise in CAM:
- Design and development of tools, jigs and fixtures, Die & Mould Design and sheet metal components
- Manufacturing Process Management
- CNC Programming for multi axes machining for different machine controllers & production support
- Tool path generation for air-frame structures (spars, longerons etc), hinge fittings, etc.,on variety of materials like Aluminum alloys, Titanium alloys and Alloy Steel (Example PH 13-8 MO, PH 15-5)
- Tool path simulation using VERICUT
- Design of special purpose tools and holding fixtures

Expertise in CAE:
- FEM analysis, including optimization of aircraft structures
- Stress analysis through hand calculations
- Hands on experience in performing linear static, non linear static and dynamics for many Indian aircraft programs
- Work experience on many projects with OEMs like Cessna, Boeing, Airbus
- Finite Element Modeling and analysis using ANSYS or NASTRAN
- Expertise in 2D/3D FE modeling in ANSYS or Hypermesh for aero – engines
- Expertise in interpreting and understanding FEA results, post processing and preparing comprehensive analysis reports
